Report Claim
The iSurity Claims Department must be notified immediately of all injuries and occupational diseases that involve an employee.
Accidents may be reported in two ways:
1) Complete and submit a Form 19 (First Report of Injury Form) to us via fax or e-mail.
2) Call iSurity and report the accident over the telephone.
